Diary Free Crispy WAFFLES


Is it morning already? -Because I want my waffles (-:

Here is my famous, a bit healthier version of waffles:

Diary Free Crispy Waffles

Course Breakfast
Servings 5


1 cup all purpose flour

2 tbsp vanilla sugar

pinch of salt

1 large egg

1/4 unsweetened almond milk

1/3 hot water

1 tbsp unsalted vegan butter


Mix dry ingredients together and set aside. Combine unsalted vegan butter with hot water, then add cold almond milk with egg. Mix it with dry ingredients. Scoop the mixture into waffle maker and cook according to manufactures instruction to desired crispiness. Enjoy hot with honey or maple syrup.

Recipe Notes

You can freeze left overs for up to 3 weeks.
